This Just In: Vitamin D and COVID-19

This article takes a look at the debate over vitamin D and whether adequate levels can prevent the risk of getting COVID-19 or decrease the intensity of the illness if acquired.  


I’ve observed improving vitamin D levels helps to improve mood and decrease body pain in women. 


There are no firm conclusions about vitamin D and its effect on COVID-19, but there are many good reasons, COVID-19 aside, to ensure your levels are adequate.
