Please note that as of October 11, 2024, I will be closing my practice to new patients for the time being.
If you are a new patient who scheduled an appointment before October 11, 2024, your appointment will still be honored, regardless of its date. I want to assure you that I will continue to provide the best possible care for all my patients, whether you are an existing patient or have an appointment already scheduled.
-
Register in the patient portal and request a 60-minute appointment of your choosing. All new patient visits are 60-minutes whether telephone, telehealth, or in-person. Then, click on the “Questionnaires” tab and complete the questionnaires applicable to you.

The best way is to message me through the patient portal. This ensures your privacy. You are also welcome to leave a voice mail which is checked three times a week. If you have an issue or question that demands more than a quick answer, I’ll ask you to come in or to schedule an appointment.
-
Complete the online forms. If you expect to have a pelvic exam/Pap smear, please don’t put anything in your vagina (intercourse, medications, etc.) for at least 24 hours before your visit. Try to schedule your visit for a day when you don’t expect to be menstruating.
-
As a courtesy to all patients, I work hard to run on time. Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you know you’re going to be late, call so we can discuss whether you should reschedule or just plan on a shorter visit (sometimes we can make this work, but sometimes we can’t). If you reschedule, you may still be held responsible for the visit fee.
-
Please provide 48 hours of notification if you need to cancel an appointment. If you miss a visit without notification, you will be charged in full for your visit.
-
If it’s after hours, feel free to message me through the portal or leave a telephone message.
If you are having what you believe is a true medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the Emergency Room of your nearest hospital.
-
I am not currently keeping a cancellation list. Feel free to check the patient portal periodically for openings. The schedule changes frequently.
