Hoffman Podcast - Living in Alignment for Optimal Wellness

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about alignment—not as a concept, but as something we can feel.

When things are aligned, there’s a sense of steadiness. Clarity. Even when life is complex.

And when they’re not, the body often lets us know.

In a recent podcast conversation, I had the opportunity to talk more openly about this—how our health is shaped not just by what we do, but by the patterns we carry, the roles we’ve learned to play, and the ways we’ve adapted over time.

So many of those patterns are protective. They’ve helped us get through hard things. But they can also keep us out of alignment with who we actually are.

And that misalignment has a cost.

I see it in the clinic every day—in women who are doing everything “right” on paper, but still don’t feel well.

In this conversation, I share more of my own journey with this work, including how I’ve come to understand the connection between mind, body, and spirit—not as separate systems, but as something deeply intertwined.

It’s a quieter conversation, but an important one.

If this is something you’ve been feeling in your own life, I hope it offers a place to reflect.
