Many women talk about ‘senior sex’ in the clinic.  Many women report having the best sex of their lives.  Many women talk about no longer wanting to have intercourse.  Many women talk about physical challenges having sex as they age.  The article reflects all of the above.

Self-acceptance, shared history, and the luxury of time contribute to the joys of sex after 70.  Low libido, vaginal dryness, loss of stamina or physical ability all contribute to some of the challenges.
